We want you to love your festival gear, but if you are not satisfied, we accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition event merchandise and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original condition.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking number handy to monitor the shipment's progress.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
