When will my Dreamville Festival merchandise ship?
Standard processing takes 3-5 business days. During peak festival season, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to ship. You will receive a tracking number via email once your package is on its way.
What is your return policy for apparel?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition festival drops and 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return or exchange.
How do I ensure I pick the right size for hoodies and tees?
All our apparel follows standard unisex sizing unless otherwise stated. We provide a detailed size chart on every product page to help you find the perfect fit before the big event.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer 'Buy Now, Pay Later' options through Klarna and Afterpay.
Can I pick up my online order at the festival grounds?
Currently, online store orders and festival on-site inventory are managed separately. All online orders must be shipped to a physical address and cannot be collected at the festival merch booths.
Is the merchandise sustainably sourced?
We are committed to quality and ethics. Our Dreamville collection uses premium heavy-weight cotton and eco-friendly printing processes to ensure your festival gear lasts for years of wear.
